Elizabeth Wright

Elizabeth Wright, received her BA in cello performance from the University of California, Los Angeles with Ronald Leonard.  She performs regularly with the Santa Barbara Symphony, Long Beach Symphony and the Mladi Chamber Orchestra.  Ms. Wright is an avid chamber musician and currently performs with the Jacaranda Chamber Series in Santa Monica, CA.  She is also active as a studio musician in film and television including The Simpsons, Family Guy, King of the Hill and American Dad.  Ms. Wright is a dedicated music educator and has taught within the LAUSD and Santa Monica-Malibu School districts.  She currently is a mentor for new teaching artists through Education Through Music Los Angeles, and the Assistant Conductor for the Harmony Project Youth Orchestras.  She is also a Suzuki cello teacher and maintains a private studio on the West Side of Los Angeles.
